- When supplying a transparency a 4x5 is acceptable but an 8x10 is best. Additionally ask your photographer to supply you with a color print of the transparency. If the photo is a good rendition of the colors in your original send it to us along with your transparency. This helps us to know what the print colors should look like.

- Digital files should be 300dpi at your print size. File format preferred is tif, jpg is acceptable, RGB or CMYK. If you are working on your digital file with a color profile applied such as Adobe1998 or Apple RGB please embed the profile when you save, this helps us see what you see. If possible send along color proof and let us know if this is for content or color

- Proofing
- A signed off proof is required before we proceed with the final printing. The signed off proof is used as a color standard for all other prints in this edition. All signed off proofs remain the property of Renaissance Imaging.

- Multiple works of art or transparencies submitted at the same time qualify for pricing discounts.
- There is no setup charge if you supply a 300dpi tiff format digital file ready to print
- Minor cleanup of transparencies is included in our setup costs. If cleanup becomes excessive , we will contact you with an estimated cost.
- Prepress time is billed at $20.00 per hour quarter hour
- Additional proofs are $20 - 30 each depending on media . Size is 8x10
- Limited Edition Certificates $5.00 setup, $1.50 each,
- Burning digital files to CD for clients $15.00.

- Premium Packages
- Our Premium Packages offers the closest reproduction to the original as possible. Each package includes: Digital image capture, color correction, editing and detail enhancement performed by our graphic specialist for accurate color reproduction. Up to three proofing cycles (if needed) with the final proof being half size on your chosen fine art media. One will be kept by us as a sign off and the other is for you. Storage of final digital image for future print orders, Certificate of Authenticity and/or Limited Edition and a CD with digital images of your job for your web site
